- Chengdu Guibao Science and Technology Industrial Co., Ltd was established.
- 1999
- The development of Guibao 119 Silicone Fire-Proof Sealant with top fireproofing grade FV-0 succeeded .It is the ONLY SILICONE SEALANT in China achieving so high a fireproofing performance.
- 2000
- Guibao 997 Silicone Stone Sealant passed provincial new product certification and was granted NATIONAL INVENTION PATENT.
- 2001
- Guibao Standard Mixer attained NATIONAL UTILITY MODEL PATENT. The mixer greatly enhanced the efficiency of silicone production and the quality of silicone products, making significant contribution to China silicone industry.
- 2002
- Guibao was certified by China State Economic and Trade Commission as SILICONE STRUCTURAL SEALANT MANUFACTURE enterprise.
- Guibao passed certification of ISO 9000 INTERNATIONAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
- 2003
- Guibao got the reward “Excellent Hi–Tech Enterprise and of Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone” and “Significant Tax Payer of Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone”.
- Guibao equipment for sealant production was adopted by Loctite (the U.S.A)
- 2004
- Guibao 668 Silicone Sealant for Concrete Joints went into national torch plan project list.
- Guibao GF999 Fire-retardant Silicone Structural Sealant, PIONEER PRODUCT IN CHINA, passed provincial certification.
- 2005
- Guibao attained three NATIONAL PATENTS.
- Guibao 993 Silicone Sealant for Skylight Roofs, PIONEER PRODUCT IN CHINA, passed provincial certification.
- Silicone Sealant with High Transparency and High Elongation went into Sichuan Key Technological Innovation Project list.
- Guibao 997 Silicone Stone Sealant received Sichuan Provincial Award for Scientific and Technological Progress (Grade Three).
- Guibao 998 Silicone Weather-Proof Sealant, Guibao 997 Silicone Stone Sealant and Guibao 668 Silicone Sealant for Concrete Joints went into recommendation list by China Curtain Wall Commission for year 2006.
- Equipment for Sealant Production was adopted by LE JOINT FRANCE (France), SIKA (Switzerland) and WACKER (Germany).
- Guibao GF999 Fire retardant Silicone Structural Sealant received Chengdu City Award for Scientific and Technological Progress (Grade Three).

- The construction of GUIBAO TEN-THOUSAND-TON GRADE SILICONE SEALANT PRODUCTION BASE (the first one in West China) FORMALLY LAUNCHED.
